Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Kayro account and personal data. Kayro is operated by Kayro Wave for Applications and Real Estate Marketing LLC.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email hello@kayrowave.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include the mobile phone number registered to your account. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request, so that no one else can delete your account.

We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What data is deleted

When your request is processed, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your name, phone number, gender, and account role.
• Your profile photo and any property images you uploaded.
• Identity verification (KYC) document images and numbers, except where retention is legally required (see below).
• Saved payment and payout methods (mobile wallet, bank / InstaPay details).
• Your listings, bookings, favorites, trips, and search history.
• Your device push-notification tokens.

What data is retained, and why

Some records may be kept after account deletion where we are legally required to retain them - for example, transaction and identity-verification (KYC) records needed for tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or other legal and regulatory obligations. These records are kept only for the period required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Kayro does not store card or banking credential data; card payments are handled by our payment processor.
